Windows 10 can't select retail disc for fresh installation

Hi, I'm on Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I have OpenMW 0.44.0 64bit installed, it installed without issues. I have the retail Morrowind disc's from the Elder Scrolls Anthology pack. When I run the OpenMW setup wizard it will not let me select to install with the retail disc's. It's greyed out. I tried runni...

Re: Siege at Fort Firemoth v1.1

Thanks. I'm planning on testing 2 or 3 more mods later this evening. I'm not sure which mods though. Is there a list of mods that needs testing or will I have to look on mod sites and just start grabbing the ones that aren't on the wiki yet?

OK, it's done. It was easier than I thought it'd be.

Re: Siege at Fort Firemoth v1.1

Since I'm not very experienced in wiki editing yet, I'd rather someone else do it. I don't want to risk making a mistake and wind up messing that while section up.

I'll look around for tutorials and learn though.

Siege at Fort Firemoth v1.1

Since I didn't see it in the wiki in the Mod status list, I'd thought I would test it. If anyone has tested it beforehand I apologize. The mod is called Siege at Fort Firemoth 1.1 and made by Bethesda. I got it here (bottom of the list). I tested it on version 0.41.0 and it ran flawlessly. I didn't ...

Re: Can't launch OpenMW via desktop launcher.

I can run openmw-launcher and opemmw just fine. Literally only thing I can't run is openmw-cs. I had the same issue and was able to launch it with a shell script. #!/bin/sh export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=`pwd` export QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH=`pwd` cd /full_path_to_build_folder ./openmw-cs Replace full_p...

Re: Can't launch OpenMW via desktop launcher.

You should have several config and log files in ~/.config/openmw and the config files should have been created on first run, it seems something did not work correctly with your install. There should be a desktop file for openmw-cs as well, does that give you any clues? Yeah, there are several confi...

Re: Can't launch OpenMW via desktop launcher.

The openmw-cs.cfg file should contain something like # This is the OpenMW user 'settings.cfg' file. This file only contains # explicitly changed settings. If you would like to revert a setting # to its default, simply remove it from this file. For available # settings, see the file 'settings-defaul...

Re: Can't launch OpenMW via desktop launcher.

Ah ok. I'll just launch it through the terminal then. I do have one more issue though. Its about the construction set, openmw-cs. I can't launch it, when I try to launch it via terminal I get this error: "ERROR: No default settings file found! Make sure the file "openmw-cs.cfg" was pr...

Can't launch OpenMW via desktop launcher. [SOLVED]

After I built OpenMW I noticed that there was a "openmw.desktop" file it it which is a desktop launcher for OpenMW correct? Well, I moved it into my Desktop folder so it'll appear on my desktop, set the permission to execute, and set the path to the openmw-launcher binary. But for some rea...
