Re: Physics Bug
I've noticed this too, the game stutters like crazy but if you enter no_clip it normally fixes the problem.

Re: On the Native Mesh Format
I'd like to see it to be more usable as well. I'm currently teaching myself how to 3d model when it strikes my fancy, and .nif is a bit burdensome to work with. I'm also pretty excited about the ability to include more attack animations, all sorts of fancy new weapons will finally be able to be incl...

Re: Morrowind confessions
And while, sure, cheating can sometimes be creative, it's not really the kind of thing I look for in an immersive role-play. Ideally, creative uses of magic should be something that fits the world and doesn't break the suspension of disbelief, rather than exploiting gameplay anomalies or bugs. http...

Re: Morrowind confessions
The problem with Skyrim and Fallout4 is that they're both simplified and marketed towards a more casual audience to such a degree that making interesting additions is very hard to do. In Skyrim you still have to deal with the limited amount of attack animations the game which prevents adding new ki...

On the contrary, I find Skyrim's mods more mechanically interesting and add much more to the world than Morrowind's...

Re: Could we have some mod compilations?
I have a question. .OSG files are able to be used in Morrowind, but I don't really understand how much of an improvement that is over .nif aside from the greater ease of use. From what I'm managed to gleen .OSG currently is only good for static objects, will that change in the future? Will other for...

Re: Could we have some mod compilations?
I guess these retextures use fake bump mapping which OpenMW doesn't (obviously) support since it has a properly built-in one. I think the solid gold bed and the chests with mithril trimming do look pretty fetching, Having every single boulder and tree glow like a supernova might be a tad annoying.....

Re: The Lost Features
The good thing is that OpenMW will make these sort of mods far easier to implement.Capostrophic wrote:All of these suggestions are belong to plugins, not the engine.
