Doesn't look like it, I still get stuck inside Tel Vos coc destination position wall. Isn't backwards normal collision change specific to actor-actor collisions?

I didn't think about it until now, but dose that change hurt keyboard/gamepad-only gameplay?
You can still spam-press buttons to do stuff, you just can't hold them down to do the same much faster. It's not any different on a mouse-keyboard setup.

Looks like PNG readerwriter plugin missing. Make sure you've installed osgPlugins-3.4.1 folder properly. Water works fine for me.

Blood textures with numbers beyond 2 won't actually be used by openmw.

Windows RC build will need to be remade anyway, there's a bunch of animation regression fixes yet to be tested and merged. Changelog needs a few tweaks, I'll be able to do them on this weekend.
I surely hope there will be another release this year.

g number format is short for General formatting and it makes the number use the shortest notation, either normal or scientific, for the given number of significant digits.
