I'm about 180 hours into the game when I noticed duplicate npcs gradually showing up everywhere.
What can I do to fix this?

I put these .esps at the bottom of the load order and they appeared.
The Morrowind Rebirth must of messed with them.

All the other mods are really small and focussed>>>

Accurate attack
Carry Unlimited
Graphic Herbalism
Join All Houses
Multiple Teleport Marking
and
Morrowind Patch v1.6.6

I installed Erasmus' Potions & Scrolls (two .esps and an icon folder), but the new icons don't show up.

I'm trying to use an .esp that doesn't require any script extender. The mod simply adds a scroll that lists all the skill increases since the last level increase when you "read" it. In OpenMW, the scroll displays variables instead of numbers - ie. for acrobatics it displays "^fl_sp_ac...
