Re: [U IX:R] Titans of Ether announcement?

I just installed this onto a new GOG installation of Morrowind, but when I start a new game in (a new install of the latest version of) OpenMW I'm stuck floating in a featureless ocean. I can't access my character screen, inventory, or (crucially) map. What did I do wrong? EDIT: FWIW I ran UIX usin...

Re: [U IX:R] Titans of Ether announcement?

The new project looks great! I will be backing it when it reaches Kickstarter. I am happy to see first-person support. Will you include controller support? I hope you will consider releasing the most complete build of Ultima: Redemption even in an unfinished state. I've been following UR for years a...

Re: OpenMW Example Suite - Active Development Notice

I am almost certain that there is software to automatically place flora objects on the map according to regional palettes. I believe this is how SGMonkey is developing High Rock for TES3. You might contact them: http://highrock.project-tamriel.com/

Re: OpenMW Example Suite - Active Development Notice

I already have experience with terrain and have looking at various DEMs. I know almost all the formats and how to work with them as well. ;) For example, Oahu in OpenMW. Could you please explain how you did this? I'd love to try importing DEMs into OpenMW but I'm not at all familiar with the format...

Re: Option for fully "revealed" world map

I tried the "testcells" console command in OpenMW but nothing happened, unfortunately.

Re: Option to turn off texture filtering

It is precisely a request for nearest neighbor filtering with no anistropic filtering, a texture mode that is commonplace in other open-source 3D engines and presumably easy to implement. It simply doesn't matter what is more "realistic" or what the original artist's intentions were: any feature can...

I'll believe it when I see it. LuciusDXL has a long history of broken promises, unfortunately.

Re: Option to turn off texture filtering

I would also appreciate a nearest neighbor/no filtering option to preserve the pixels.
