Re: Do NOT ask Abot about OpenMW compatibility

You should have a ring in your inventory that allows you to change various configuration values - adjusting them should create more/less fish and other objects.

Re: Do NOT ask Abot about OpenMW compatibility

After a bit more testing, with no errors found, I have upgraded the status on the wiki to "Working", but with minor reservations.

Re: Do NOT ask Abot about OpenMW compatibility

A quick check of the mod (using the OpenMW-cs) reveals one script error which I believe needs fixing - in script ab01wlcrShipWreckScript: MessageBox "shipwreck N. %g scale set to %f" ab01wlShipWrecks which clearly needs a second parameter It's wrapped up in if/endif and appears that it only runs whe...

Is there any update on an RC for Linux?
Unfortunately Task #3776 appears to be the one open issue on 0.43 - bundling OSG plugins in the generic Linux release.

Alternatively you can build from source.

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0

Just confirming that the latest RC1 (Win 64 bit) appears to fix the outstanding issues:
Atahualpa's Dropdown List (Mygui)
Ncgd crash (bugs #4168 and #4173)

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0

First of all, if you want to change settings which are accessed via a dropdown list, the list stays open after you've clicked on an entry. Switching to another tab makes OpenMW crash. Confirmed on Win 64 RC1 However, doesn't appear to be present in Linux current 0.43 compiled from source. Presumabl...

TODO: Update link in our openmw.cfg file to point to the readthedocs page.
PR 1523 submitted - I presume you will be busy creating the 0.43 release video.

Re: MWSE scripting functions

Opening the mod in the OpenMW CS then running File/Verify will generate a fairly comprehensive list of warnings and errors (from the OpenMW perspective). Unfortunately some of the error-reporting is a bit too enthusiastic - empty spell names probably don't deserve such prominence for example. Also t...

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0

There's a second line to the error:
Make sure the settings-default.cfg file is properly installed

There appears to be a new line (line 46) in that file, not in previous versions:
preload num threads = 1
which may be connected

Re: CS Help

I don't see any problem with this.

You probably need to start a new game for it to take effect.
