Download the Pelagiad font by Isak Larborn (aka Isaskar). Install the openmw_font.xml file into resources/mygui/openmw_font.xml in your OpenMW installation. Running the 64-bit Windows version on Windows 10, I can't click any buttons in the main menu when playing at 4K resolution (2160p). 1440p and 1080p work fine though.
