In current state, the Mod Status page is not really usefull because it does not accurately represent which mods are working or not with OpenMW. It's mainly due to the low number of mods present on the page and through that the lack of information about most mods. I think this lack of mods my due to ...

The in-game content of morrowind is owned by Bethesda. I think that They have never release official translation of the game content in italian. We could just copy several time the same texture, for a real game it may ,ot be enough, but for now it may solve temporarily the problem

If you download the sources and manage to compile them correctly on android, you could theorically use OpenMW on Andriod. Nothing forbid it. For negative quest entry, if I remember correctly it was not intended but there is still some that exist in the vanilla+extension esm because management of quest entries before Tribunal was really bad.
