I think it was mentioned in another thread about it (that or the github) that to get it to work nicely some de-hardcoding of the UI needed to be done first

Re: Android part 2

Is there a .46 release laying around? The one on the playstore was last updated June of last year. Why do you need an outdated version? Use 0.47 on your phone and PC, it has a lot of fixes and improvements. Well, there is the small benefit of the release builds having some optimization flags enable...

Re: Android part 2

Any chance you would feel up to compiling an android executable with MorroUI included? it seems a whole lot more suited to touch and gamepad controls than the default ui

Re: OpenMW 0.46.0

If openmw is to switch to a rolling release cycle that would be an entirely valid but separate discussion, and should likely also go with a discussion of how other factors such as pr should be changed to reflect that. The reason Dolphin is able to thrive through rolling releases is in large part to ...

Re: OpenMW 0.46.0

The forum has been somewhat silent what with Zini not being here to wrap things up, and with the 1 year window of 0.45 coming up next month it would be nice to see what the current status of the release process is for those of us not as involved in the development process. From what I can tell of th...

Re: OpenMW 0.46.0

Now that Zini is back in some capacity and able call the shot on getting the release process started, would now be a good time to do so? As far as I can tell there should definitely be enough warranting it, with a good number of commits since last release, and shadows being merged into master as a m...

Re: Very low FPS

Bullet's internal structure is very poorly suited for how OpenMW is using it right now. (And so is its interface. And its general behavior.) Any in-house replacement for it would be a relative quality improvement, even if it was written by a CS 101 student with a poor grasp on geometric 3d math. An...
