Re: openmw-compatible survival mods like ashfall?
I had the same question just about a week ago. Tried Necessities of Morrowind , which is the classic MW survival mod, but I found its mechanics too overengineered and even annoying at some points. For example, to eat something, you don't just drag a meal onto your character portrait, but take "...

Re: Possible creature invincibility bug in Morrowind Rebirth?
Just a guess, but does your character wear Boots of Blinding Speed or have Blind effect from any other source? This situation is very similar to what happened to me once, when I nearly lost my sanity trying to figure out why I miss every strike :D It was the Boots in my case, the visual effect of bl...

Re: [WIP] Android port testing
Yes, it works, and stability has improved greatly. I had only one random crash in menu and no crashes on game load or cell transitions. Btw, I've got one small "feature request": could you add an on-screen button to show console window? Because testing is much more convenient if you have a...

Re: [WIP] Android port testing
Gave it a try on a Samsung Galaxy S8, Android 7. Runs fairly good at 720p resolution, FPS in Balmora is mostly between 15-30, and virtually never drops below 10. Issues are basically the same as magamo and esc reported - crashes, strange behavior of "back" button, water/terrain rendering g...

Re: Auto-Update Feature
Now, for nightly builds, the url provided by ACE is always the same and I haven't seen any way to check the version. So, dead end here. Don't know if it's helpful or not, but you actually can get commit tag for nightly builds. Ace is providing not only a link to the installer, which is always "...

Re: OSG on steroids
Scrawl, what settings are you using for these tests? Asking because my average Balmora is "only" 150-160 on 1920x1080 with water shader off, AA off and default exterior grid size. My PC is way less powerful (3.8Ghz i5-3570 and a GeForce 770), but can it really lead to twice lower performan...

Re: use of keywords in MessageBox string
Just wondering how could English version of Morrowind work with that? There is no single script MessageBox'ing words like "begin" or "end" or "else"?
upd:
oh, I see, everything is OK if keyword is not alone in that string

Re: quite outstanding bug in bloodmoon
Yes, exactly! Aand that guy not cleaning esps was actually me. Couldn't even think of it, the only thing that mod did was setting iMonthsToRespawn to 0 until we'll have correct creature respawn implemented.
