It’s there a hack to reset a death counter? I even tried to create a function that kept resurrecting and killing the same NPC in order to create a variable overflow.
Maybe editing a save?
Idea for future releases: Implement a SetDeadCount function.

Re: lothavor's legacy
I’m playing Lothavor's Legacy right now. I will try to post some workarunds as I discover them. Diane’s swimming race: Problem: (?) According to the script "li_AI_i_Diane_race1", the function AIActivate was buggy in Morrowind so he putted several activators ouside their cells. It seems Ope...

High mercantile == buying/selling prices ridiculous low
This bug was fixed by the Morrowind Code Patch and is not (yet) implemented in OpenMW. As workaround I made a ring with constant drain mercantile to wear when trading. It’s there a better way?

Re: Worst Race in morrowind?
My last character was a Bosmer. I liked it so much that I’m playing a Bosmer again.

Re: Do NOT ask Abot about OpenMW compatibility
Jeez. The hostility for simply asking is shocking. Honestly, I'd be half inclined to instead ask him if I could make his mods compatible for him, then send him the new version that he could be considered to have sole rights to. But to be perfectly frank, if he's going to respond with such absurd ho...

World map empty after loading a save game. (Debian)
The World map works as intended. As you explore, the brown squares are replaced with color squares. However the map resets to brown when loading a save game. No error is logged. Is this a known bug or just me? I’m using the generic build 0.42 on Debian Sid. I cannot test the native Debian Package as...

Issues with Debian Sid and the generic builds
The version 0.41 from the Debian repositories seems to work fine, but for some reason the generic builds are giving me problems like not detecting my main monitor, missing textures with several mods and aquatic creatures above the sea level. The issues happen with 0.41 as well as 0.42. Am I doing so...

Re: Release stats
When I found OpenMW, weapons weren’t implemented so there was not much to do. However I was pretty excited. At the same time I didn’t want to create false hopes. The project sounded too ambitious to be viable. A couple of versions later came out 0.26 which implemented weapons. I shared Weird Sexy’s ...

Re: News of great things to come
Personally, I bought my copy from GOG, and just use Wine for the installer. So far as I can tell, the data files don't get corrupted. You can also use innoextract to unpack gog installers without using wine. Is available on most repositories. innoextract setup_tes_morrowind_goty_2.0.0.7.exe More in...

Re: Should I learn OpenMW-CS or Bethesda CS?
Thank you for your responses, guys. I’m liking OpenMW-CS more and more. (I'm still learning TES-CS at the moment though )
