Well, Ogitor devs has no resources to put their app on PPA. I have not contected OgreMeshy devs yet. But I guess they will say the same :( Ogitor has only Windows package - Linux has to be compiled. I'm on Saucy. Well - I'm not very familiar with OpenMW. Meshy is for loading Ogre3d meshes animations. If you are making content for Ogre3d powered game, this is great sandbox.
