physics engine / pal*opal

Is pal( http://www.adrianboeing.com/pal/index.html ) physics abstraction layer, possible? I could see many benefits to having multiple low-level physics support. Even more so for people without licensing resrictions(havok/nvidia physx) would be possible and runtime selectable. Just a thought(wrote t...

Codec/container-format support

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question.(please move if-so) From my understanding, OpenMW is using FFmpeg/LibAV for decoding support. Also, could you at some point upload your build environment?

But, ive seen this discussed quite a few times. while possible, its not feasible without alot of work to the current implementation of the engine. While it would be nice, IMO, it wouldnt even be on the table till post 1....

Re: Distant Weather

While im no developer, from my understanding, MW handles each area by sections(cells). Weather within these cells is usually scripted. I dont know how it works with MW/OpenMW, but wouldnt just rendering static objects and weather in cells greater than 20 (but less than 200, and only LOS) take care o...

Your build-bot is down Ace, it has been down for a few days now.

Also, would you share your build environment and scripts with us?
