Re: OpenMW Mod Manager

I'm referring to the way in which OpenMW handles multiple content lists from it's own launcher. The launcher config file keeps track of the current mod profile and there can be multiple profiles. Does your application only deal with one profile at a time at run-time or can it edit each profile indi...

Re: OpenMW Mod Manager

How is this project progressing so far? It's in a functional state, though I still want to work on more features. I haven't had it be my priority, however, as other things have been more important. Is there something in particular you are wanting? I was curious about when the leveled list callout m...

Re: OpenMW Mod Manager

Been a couple of weeks since I touched this project. Opened it back up today and tinkered with trying to reduce the ~5s startup time when finding conflicts between 17.9 GB/176 mods. Ended up reverting my couple of solutions for being too messy. Will continue to tweak at it soon, adding features belo...

OpenMW Mod Manager

A few days ago I started diving into Qt5. In that process I've cobbled together a spaghetti-coded mod manager for OpenMW. OpenMW Mod Manager on GitHub . Features include: A simple user-interface that displays data repositories scattered across various locations. The ability to disable/enable data re...

Re: Better windows build instructions

Thank you for the script, by the way! Once those few things are set up its a quick and clean way to get things running. :) +1 -- Makes things so much easier. There was an update a day ago that updated the minimum Bullet version. You can still build and manually update it easily enough, but it'd be ...

Re: Windows 10 w/Linux Subsystem and OpenMW

Dear Sir, I'm in doubt what you are talking about! Is this about linux gaming or windows 10 ? Win10 recently got a Linux sub-system option. It lets you install a command-line Ubuntu system under windows. It's basically so you can run Bash and things like that. It's not really meant for GUI apps, bu...

Windows 10 w/Linux Subsystem and OpenMW

I thought some of you may find it amusing that you can get OpenMW-CS and OpenMW's launcher running on Windows 10, built via the Ubuntu subsystem you can install in the latest Windows 10 version. It was able to work with my Windows-based Morrowind installation, import settings, etc. You will need Xmi...

Re: Bringing more (and less sporadic) junior devs

Is Windows still a barely supported development environment for this project? I remember wanting to work on it before, but OpenMW was not self-contained and was a major PITA to get going. If developers give up on setting up the environment, it's not a good sign.
