How do we handle multiple OpenMW instances on a machine?

Should there be only one that plays multiple 'games'.

and/or

Should we have multiple instances of OpenMW (branched forks, either because of version or because of feature), such as a standalone version of OpenMW to play one specific 'game'?

Switch to OSG from Ogre was not taken lightly, but it has been time consuming... we're still wrestling with features we already had (shadows).

OpenMW still has issues with OSG 3.6, but this I believe is a regression in 3.6 that is fixed in (soon?) 3.6.1, other devs, correct me if I'm wrong. OpenMW works with OSG 3.4, when we make releases.. it's with that version. If you would like to help improve support for gl4es, please do. However ther...

You can still do that I thought, launch from command prompt option? Normal applications don't open a command prompt by default.

Can you test 0.42, 0.43 and 0.44 to help pin point in what release (time slice) to look?
